A daily predicament in workplace: What should I say when customers ring me for their unfortunate critical illness? What should I do when I am visiting patients in hospital or attending a funeral? WIA partnering with Centre on Behavioral Health of The University of Hong Kong to introduce this course and convey theory and professional knowledge on life-and-death education. Through elaboration for daily predicament in workplace, we share with the participants basic techniques for dealing with life-and-death issues. We are currently opening this course for the financial planning sector training front-line financial agents to become a WIA Life Ambassador.
