Renowned entertainer who is enthusiastic at doing charity works for people in need. In the past, Annie has been volunteer emcee, consultant and sharing guest for different charities and social programmes. The organisations that she volunteered including Hong Kong St. John Ambulance, Social Welfare Department, Hong Kong Council of Social Service, Hong Kong Women Development Association, Tuen Mun Women’s Club, Christian Family Service Centre, Hong Kong PHAB Association, Volunteer Space, Hong Kong Society for the Blind, Tzu Chi Foundation, Hospital Authority, etc. Annie is actively involved in the work related with life education such as the At Ease with Life and Death Campaign organised by the Society for the Promotion of Hospice Care and Enable Project organised by the University of Hong Kong.

A veteran senior executive served in both the non-profit and commercial sectors.  Passionate in advocating environmental protection and nature conservation, palliative care, cancer care, organ donation and life education.  Possess solid experience in NGOs management and development, as well as commercial corporate communications and marketing.  Mr Kwan is also a long-term council member of ReSource The Counselling Centre and Asia Pacific Hospice Palliative Care Network.  He is well known of personally taking part in all volunteering works involved.
