July 2024 – Mr. Fan KWAN, Chairman of Will In Action, attended the Policy Donation Programme Recognition Ceremony 2023-2024 organized by the LUA Foundation to show support for the insurance industry’s elites who promote policy donation while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Their slogan, “One percent!”, which conveys the idea that your contribution of even just one percent of your insurance policy can make a significant impact up to one hundred percent for others who need help, is both simple and powerful.
Since its establishment in 2006, the policy donation program—known as the Life Care Movement (LCM)—has seen over 15,000 insurance policies allocate a portion of their insured amounts for charitable donations. In 2023 alone, a total sum exceeding HK$8 million was donated.
Will In Action, one of the few charities dedicated to promoting organ donations and life-and-death education, is honored to be listed among the recommended charities associated with this program.
